Energiekontor’s Rotor Blade Extension was present at the HUSUM Wind Congress 2015, the biggest wind trade fair in 2015, at the NordseeCongressCentrum. From 15 to 18 September wind industry businesses came together at HUSUM Wind, to showcase their innovations and services.
Energiekontor presented its services and products, including RBE – Rotor Blade Extension. RBE is now a product fully developed and tested, which consists of an additional blade tip segment, fixed at the blade tip of the rotor. RBE increases the efficiency of wind turbines, and for that reason has captured the interest of wind farm owners and operators.
Husum fair was a success for Energiekontor, and especially for RBE – Rotor Blade Extension. Considering the positive results obtained with RBE, namely the expected increase of AEP, we were approached by several potential clients, from all over the world. We had also the opportunity to meet with potential suppliers and profitable collaborations can be achieved.
Almost 650 exhibitors, including Energiekontor’s, from all areas of the wind industry were showed at HUSUM Wind. In addition to the well-known industry leaders, in 2015 the list of exhibitors also boasts many young and innovative enterprises.
HUSUM Wind is well known as the traditional industry meeting place that guarantees an intensive discussion of current topics related to renewable energy. The event offered an ambitious programme with press conferences, forums, workshops, excursions, panel discussions and seminars. New technology, maintenance, new tendering models and direct marketing were just a few of the topics that was focused on this fair.
