RBE at International Wind Power Events – Market approach

Energiekontor’s Rotor Blade Extension was recently present at HUSUM Wind Congress 2017, one of the biggest wind trade fair organized in Germany.

At this event our team had the opportunity to make known the RBE project, and also had the opportunity to establish some contacts with suppliers, operators and to know new innovations and products in the area.

In the last years RBE project has maintained a constant presence at multiple international Wind Power Events, conferences and fairs. Raquel Salavessa, legal representative of Energiekontor wind farms in Portugal and managing director of Rotor Blade Extension Development department, considers that this kind of international wind events “are a reference for any worldwide company in renewable energy”.

In all editions Husum Fair, for example, is visited by thousands of people whose work is related with wind energy, and for this reason, Raquel Salavessa believe that kind of events is always a great opportunity for all companies to know more about new products and solutions.

For the director of RBE Development department, the presence of Energiekontor group at this kind of events is already a tradition. Integrating all aspects of business, Energiekontor, company responsible for the development of the RBE project, promotes a more comprehensive disclosure of their potential, showing that their sustainability is increasing, throughout these 26 years of existence.

In an approach to the wind market, Raquel Salavessa says that “the wind market has seen many legislative changes regarding wind energy all over Europe. Recently the German wind market suffered several changes, mainly on the tariff, because that the RBE it was very well received”.

During the HUSUM fair, the interest in the RBE product for Bonus 1.3MW was very high. Raquel Salavessa says that “several companies wanted to know more about the product that Energiekontor is installing on their own wind farms, because if is good for us, also will be good for them. Besides that, it was very interesting to see how well the prototypes are expected on the market. The RBE team were also contacted by several companies who’s are interested in work with us on all process related with RBE.
